Shipping & Returns

• Processing time: Orders are packed with care and usually ship within 5–7 business days. Each piece is either handmade or small-batch printed, so a little patience ensures quality.

• Shipping carriers: We use USPS and UPS depending on the item size and destination. Tracking details will be emailed once your order is on its way.

• Packaging: Whenever possible, we reuse or recycle packing materials to stay gentle on the earth. Your package may arrive in a box with a past life.

• Original art: All sales are final. Each piece is one of a kind, so please shop thoughtfully.

• Print merch (stickers, apparel, accessories): Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Buyer covers return shipping.

• Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, send us photos within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

• Custom or commissioned work: Non-refundable once the project has begun.
