Hand-sculpted clay + acrylic | Fall 2025
This piece, paws in the porcelain, is an exercise in pure fantasy. Let’s be honest, in real life, my dog Chico approaches bath time with the enthusiasm of a tax audit. It’s an epic struggle that usually involves us getting wetter than he does.
So, I created this scene as the bath time he thinks he deserves, filled with perfect, glossy bubbles, a serene rubber ducky, and not a single struggle. He’s totally calm, totally cute, and definitely not plotting his escape.
This ceramic plaque captures that moment of innocent, bubble-covered surrender, the only way I can guarantee a peaceful bath for me AND my furry muse. It’s a whimsical piece, designed to bring a smile and remind us that even our most reluctant, dramatic pets are still the most adorable beings we know. Now, if only the real Chico would cooperate this well!
